Make your mornings extra delicious by consulting Klatch's brewing guide. Kaune's is currently carrying five of their signature coffees for your sipping pleasure:

CRAZY GOAT BLEND
NOTES: Dark Chocolate, Spice, Toffee

EL SALVADOR ORANGE BOURBON
NOTES: Orange, Vanilla, Bergamot

MOCHA JAVA BLEND
NOTES: Chocolate, Almond, Blueberry

ONYX BLEND
NOTES: Mandarin Orange, Apricot, Cedar

PANAMA ELIDA NATURAL CATUAI
NOTES: Raspberry, White Chocolate, Bergamot

Klatch coffees are born as a result of nurturing relationships with the farmers who grow the beans. It is their belief that the art of Klatch begins right where the seeds are planted. Green buyer and roastmaster Mike Perry painstakingly travels the globe to ensure that they have the first look at the finest results of each harvest. The Klatch commitment is to honest business practices meaning relationships built on trust and loyalty with the farmers they work with. All of this is accomplished through a Direct Trade model and a simple handshake.

After the beans are sourced, they make their way to their home in Southern California where the quest for only the best continues. Mike uses his degree in chemical engineering to achieve a balance of science and artistry Klatch calls “Peak of Flavor” roast style. Simply put, each individual coffee varietal is roasted to its unique peak flavor profile. The care they put into sourcing and roasting has been recognized through many awards throughout the years.

Lavender is not only beautiful, but it has hundreds of uses. It is a fragrant, aromatic, and relaxing herb.
Purple Pastures Lavender Farm's DRYER SACHETS are an environmentally friendly replacement for dryer sheets, but they have so many more uses. Lavender is a refreshing remedy for a tired mind, relieving anxiety and stress. Use our lavender sachets under your pillow during rest to aid in relaxation. Our lavender sachets are also wonderfully helpful in labor and delivery rooms. Expecting mothers have used our sachets to relieve stress and anxiety during labor.

Lavender florets are a timeless, classic, and romantic party favor for weddings and showers. Your guests will be pleasantly surprised to receive these unique lavender sachets at your event. For weddings, the sachets are perfect for guests to tear open upon the bride and groom’s departure, tossing florets into the air. The lovely scent that fills the air on your special day will have your guests remembering your event fondly for many years to come. Another gift idea is to place a monogram sticker on a lavender sachet and include it in a handwritten thank you note. This is a nice touch, as the scent is calming and it will be remembered.

The lavender can be used as an insect repellent. Open a sachet, combine the florets with sunflower oil or aloe vera and rub onto your skin. Lavender sachets are also quite useful in the garden as a rodent deterrent. Hang a sachet from a stake at the end of each garden row and rest easy knowing your garden will be free of pests.

Tear open a lavender sachet and add the florets to bath water to treat circulation disorders and improve mental well-being.

Purple Pastures Lavender Farm from California grows all their lavender organically with the utmost care to ensure your satisfaction. They whole-heartedly support and practice environmental sustainability by using drip irrigation and recyclable packaging to ensure a better tomorrow.

Which Flavor Will You Choose?
. . . Hatch Red Chile Infused
. . . Lavender
. . . Wild Flower

"SolBee Company was created out of a love for the sun, nature, and honey bees.

In college, Hannah’s hobbies kept her busy, but one unique hobby had her hunting all corners of the world for the most exquisite taste, honey collecting.  Wherever she would go, honey was always the choice to bring home from a good trip.  When she met Brian, the brainstorming began.  How can we incorporate the greatest tasting honey from all over the world with the freshest, most organic infusions to create an experience unlike any other? SolBee Company was born.

Having a connection to nature and a zeal for the unknown led Brian at the age of fourteen to seek out an old-time beekeeper in his hometown whose family had been renowned for their bee keeping sleight of hand for over one hundred years.  It wasn’t long before Brian had developed a passion for keeping bees and enjoying the products derived from their hives.  Brian’s soul had found peace working in the midst of millions of buzzing bees, each dedicating their life to the survival of the hive." ~ SolBee Company

"I’ve always had a passion for the culinary world and enjoy making the most out of each part of a meal – the beverage included. So when I had four children, I wasn’t going to let a lack of wine or cocktails stop me from creating a great pairing.

Working with some of the Pacific Northwest’s leading chefs, I discovered how to use unique flavor notes to create sparkling beverages that are simple and unexpectedly palate pleasing. I’m thrilled to have turned a personal passion into a product that so many other food lovers are now able to enjoy. Cheers!" ~ Sharelle Klaus, Dry Sparkling

Couple Create New Mexican Alternative to Ketchup

Though they tied the knot just last September, Carmit Levin and Jacob Seidenberg Korn playfully bickered recently about the details of how they had created their new product — ketchup infused with green chile from Hatch — as if they were a seasoned couple.

Asked what triggered the idea to combine green chile and ketchup, the couple agreed on one memory from three years ago this August: Green chile tumbling in a roaster in the Whole Foods Market parking lot near their first apartment in Santa Fe.
Seidenberg Korn has never liked peppers much. “I can’t stand jalapeños,” he said. Yet the two said they quickly became hooked on those green chiles from Hatch.

“We could smell it all day long,” Levin said.

Mrs. Weinstein's Toffee is Back

Handcrafted in the USA
. . . Milk Chocolate Almond
. . . Dark Chocolate Pecan
. . . Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt

. . . 8 oz. Boxes for $11.99

"The story of Mrs. Weinstein's Toffee Began long before Lotte Weinstein came to America and long before she became Mrs. Weinstein. As a ten-year-old girl in Copenhagen, Denmark she wanted her mother make toffee at home. When it was finished, Lotte pronounced it delicious! She had watched the process carefully – and never forgot it.
Lotte immigrated to the United States in 1964. Throughout the years, in addition to being a wife, raising children and pursuing her career as a psychotherapist and consultant, Lotte made her toffee for family, friends, and neighbors as a special occasion and holiday gift. Using the recipe remembered from childhood, she added chocolate, a variety of nuts and her own unique touches. Her reputation soon spread. People from all over the country began to call, begging to be considered “neighbor” and “friends” so that they might also receive a tin of crunch goodness for the Holiday Season.

Over the years, countless people urged Lotte to go into business. Fortunately, she did just that, and now we can all consider ourselves her friend and neighbor.

Mrs. Weinstein’s Toffee is a most memorably rich taste experience that makes a perfect gift for any occasion throughout the year. Start your own Mrs. Weinstein’s Toffee gift tradition. And then of course, there’s just plain old self-indulgence…

Mrs. Weinstein’s Toffee was founded in 1995 in Santa Barbara, California. The company became a part of Sweet Shop USA in September of 2001. Currently we make our toffee in Mount Pleasant, TX."  ~MWToffee.com
