1-2-3 Chili
Brown the chopped meat, (drain liquids). Add drained and rinsed beans. Add Rao’s Arrabbiata Sauce. Add the chopped canned tomatoes for additional consistency. Simmer and serve. Grilled Pastrami & Cheese
Spread butter, or brush with olive oil, one side of each bread slice. Spread Caramelized Onion Mustard on the other side of bread. Evenly distribute the pastrami and Swiss cheese over the mustard side of four slices of bread. Top with remaining slices of bread, mustard side down. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place sandwiches in hot pan and cook several minutes per side until sandwich is golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Serves 4 . . . Mom's Meatloaf
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine the ground meat, bread crumbs, egg and 3/4 of the jar of Mom’s Meatloaf Starter. Mix well with your hands or a wooden spoon. Place mixture in prepared loaf pan. Spread the remaining Mom’s Meatloaf Sauce over the top. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until a thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf has a temperature of 165 degree F. Allow meatloaf to rest 10 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
