BOAR'S HEAD . . . So Many Sandwiches

Hot, Cold, Wrapped & Pressed, You Won't be Able to Choose Just One
Turkey with Pear & Cranberry
  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 2 Tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup (2 oz) spring mix lettuce
  • 2 slices camembert cheese
  • 1 cup pear, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Boar's Head OvenGold Roasted or Smoked Turkey
  • 4 Tbsp cranberry relish

​On a clean surface, lay the two slices of bread next to each other. Spread mustard on one slice of bread and stack the lettuce, Camembert cheese, pear, chicken breast, and cranberry relish. Top off with the second slice of bread.

London Broil Wrap
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 oz cream cheese,  softened
  • 1 tsp horseradish sauce
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 4 slices Boar's Head Roast Beef
  • 3 slices Boar's Head American Cheees
  • ½ cup iceberg lettuce

In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped scallion, cream cheese and horseradish sauce. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla leaving a ½” boarder around the edge. Evenly layer the roast beef, American cheese and lettuce on top of the cream cheese mixture. Starting at one end, tightly roll the tortilla, tucking ingredients and sides of tortilla as you roll. Slice in half diagonally and serve.

Breakfast Sammie
  • 1 croissant or english muffin, halved
  • 2 slices Vermont cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices Boar's Head OvenGold Roasted Turkey
  • 2 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
  • 1 large fried egg
  • ¼ avocado, sliced

Cook bacon. Place bottom half of croissant on a clean surface. Add cheddar, turkey, bacon, egg, and avocado. Place remaining half of croissant on top. Serve.

Roast Beef with Blue Cheese
  • 1 french baguette
  • 2 Tbsp favorite mustard
  • 2 oz blue cheese
  • ½ cup arugula
  • 2 Tbsp red onion, sliced thin
  • 4 slices Boar's Head Roast Beef, sliced thin
  • ½ avocado, sliced thin

On a clean work surface, slice baguette in half, lengthwise. On top half of the bread, spread the mustard. On the bottom half of the bread, lay the ingredients in the following order: blue cheese crumbles, arugula, red onions, roast beef and avocado. Add the crown of the bread, deli mustard side down and serve.

Rueben Sliders​
  • 6 mini rolls or buns
  • 6 slices  Boar's Head Corned Beef or Pastrami
  • 6 Tbsp sauerkraut
  • 6 slices baby Swiss cheese
  • 6 Tbsp Thousand Island Dressing

Warm the rolls in the oven for about 5-7 minutes. Warm the corned beef or pastrami in a small skillet for about 5 minutes or until warm and a bit crispy. Split the a roll and top with meat, 1 tbsp sauerkraut, 1 slice of Swiss and 1 tbsp of the Thousand Island Dressing. Repeat for all 6 sandwiches Pop the sandwiches under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.

Spicy Italian Panini
  • 1 ciabatta roll, sliced in half
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 slices Boar's Head Provolone Cheese
  • 4 slices Boar's Head Rosemary Ham
  • 2 slices Boar's Head Spicy Salami
  • ½ tsp fresh basil
  • 5 slices roasted red pepper

Place open ciabatta roll onto clean work surface. Spread the mayonnaise on the insides of the roll. On the bottom of the roll, top with one slice of provolone cheese, followed by a layer of roasted red bell peppers, a layer of ham, salami, basil and top with another slice of provolone cheese. Place the top of the roll on top. Toast in panini press until golden brown or cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes.
