Turkey with Pear & Cranberry
On a clean surface, lay the two slices of bread next to each other. Spread mustard on one slice of bread and stack the lettuce, Camembert cheese, pear, chicken breast, and cranberry relish. Top off with the second slice of bread. Serves 1 |
London Broil Wrap
In a small mixing bowl, combine the chopped scallion, cream cheese and horseradish sauce. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across the tortilla leaving a ½” boarder around the edge. Evenly layer the roast beef, American cheese and lettuce on top of the cream cheese mixture. Starting at one end, tightly roll the tortilla, tucking ingredients and sides of tortilla as you roll. Slice in half diagonally and serve. Serves 1 |
Breakfast Sammie
Cook bacon. Place bottom half of croissant on a clean surface. Add cheddar, turkey, bacon, egg, and avocado. Place remaining half of croissant on top. Serve. Serves 1 |

Spicy Italian Panini
Place open ciabatta roll onto clean work surface. Spread the mayonnaise on the insides of the roll. On the bottom of the roll, top with one slice of provolone cheese, followed by a layer of roasted red bell peppers, a layer of ham, salami, basil and top with another slice of provolone cheese. Place the top of the roll on top. Toast in panini press until golden brown or cheese is melted, about 1-2 minutes. Serves 1 |
